]]> Selecting the right pipe clamps and fixings can be a complicated process. To help make things easier we have created some tables to show pipe dimensions and weights for common pipe types and sizes. The tables also give maximum recommended fixing distances between clamps to help ensure the safety of your installation. NB: these are for guidance only and can depend on specific pipe types and manufacturers. So if in doubt, (for example, if you have a non-standard pipe or situation) always seek advice from the pipe manufacturer. pipe dimensions

]]> For most of our products maximum allowed loads are described in the article tables. Stated values are determined by:

  • Walraven developed measuring method
  • the measuring method described in the testing prescriptions RAL-GZ 655, which is set up by the ‘Gütegemeinschaft Rohrbefestigung’. If the product is provided with the ‘RAL-Gütezeichen’, the test results are checked by an independent testing institute.

For plastic clamps, breaking loads are also described in the article tables.
