Your role<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As an Application Manager, you are responsible for the performance, availability and continuous improvement of a set of business-critical applications across Europe.<\/p>\n

You work closely with colleagues from different countries, key users, IT teams and external vendors. You are not only solving issues but also acting as a partner in improvement and innovation.<\/p>\n

What will you do?<\/h2>\n

Application management & continuity<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Ensure applications run stable, secure and in line with SLA agreements<\/li>\n
  • Monitor performance and act proactively on incidents<\/li>\n
  • Analyze root causes and prevent recurring issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Improvement & optimization<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes<\/li>\n
    • Contribute to continuous improvement and system enhancements<\/li>\n
    • Support implementation of new or updated applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Stakeholder management<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and vendors<\/li>\n
      • Coordinate changes and ensure clear communication<\/li>\n
      • Support and guide key users<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Monitoring & processes<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Provide insights through dashboards and reporting<\/li>\n
        • Work according to ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, release)<\/li>\n
        • Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Security & authorization<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Manage user access and ensure compliance with security standards<\/li>\n
          • Safeguard data integrity and system security<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Projects<\/h3>\n
              \n
            • Participate in IT projects and (depending on seniority) lead initiatives<\/li>\n
            • Support system implementations and improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              What do you bring?<\/h2>\n
                \n
              • Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent level (IT or similar)<\/li>\n
              • Experience in application management in an international environment<\/li>\n
              • Knowledge of ERP systems, Office365, SharePoint and BI tools<\/li>\n
              • Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks<\/li>\n
              • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset<\/li>\n
              • Fluent in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
