Business Intelligence – Market Potential – Sales Processes
In our ambition to grow with a focus on profitability, we need to support our sales organization with the right tools, processes and market information to identify the right market potential and keep focus. Market data/analysis and business intelligence play a critical role in this respect. As a Market Reach Manager Europe you have a broad position supporting the sales entities to drive efficiency and digitalization. Areas of focus: Collecting and maintaining market intelligence data and a data base of our (potential) customers, providing insights in market segment potentials, identifying opportunities, acting as business process owner of CRM and suggesting and implementing improvements in CRM and sales processes, defining a pricing strategy and value based pricing models together with tooling for efficient quoting and creating visibility on performance and customer platform development ensuring the optimal use of different channels. The Market Reach Manager Europe reports to the Managing Director Sales & Marketing Europe. The working location can be anywhere in one of our sales entities in Europe.
A bachelor or master’s degree in Commerce, Technical or Business Administration and international experience in our industry or directly related is a must-have for this position. You understand the importance of Business Intelligence and take people along. You are experienced with e-commerce and developing new distribution models. You are eager to learn and curious and open to new insights and technologies. You can easily connect, make impact, build trust and have an excellent command of the English language. German or Dutch is a plus.
