Given the strategy of our organization and the ambition from Walraven Technologies, there is a need for more focus on guiding and good coordination of technical activities such as: technical procurement, work preparation, project realization, timely\/successful integration such as full transfer and maintenance to production locations.<\/p>\n
We are looking for a Team Lead who can support through alignment, coordination, and clear communication to create the highest possible efficiency and reliable production processes as output.<\/p>\n
In this role, you are responsible for the management and support of the technical services team, ensuring the coordination, planning, and realization of technical projects within the Group. This means you are responsible for the availability of parts to the assembly, testing, and release of machines and processes. You ensure alignment (with project leaders, among others) and prioritization of projects and the available capacity of the team. You are responsible for both machine and process maintenance and process improvements, as well as the management of component – and parts inventory. You maintain contacts with external and internal suppliers and customers. You are involved in the entire process from the idea for the new product to the production process implementation (of product, production means, and machine).<\/p>\n
Your location is Mijdrecht. You report to the Manager Walraven Technologies.<\/p>\n
