For the IT & Digitalization team within Walraven Europe we are looking for a:

ServiceDesk Operator – (full-time), location Kraków, PL

Business process – initiative – first line support

Providing good, right, and quick support to the end user is the most important objective in this position. Proactivity, understanding, and empathy with business colleagues are welcome. As a business partner, you understand the working methods and needs of the users in our production and sales companies and you stimulate suppliers. As a Service desk team member, you will be in close cooperation with the Technical management team on various interesting projects worldwide. The range of tasks is broad and includes supplier management, creating insight through issues, analysis (malfunctions and functional), installation, configuration, security, coordination, and leading or participating in projects. You fulfill a pivotal role between IT&D, key users, and suppliers and you report to the Team leader Service desk.

You have completed a relevant (IT or beta) education and you have experience in providing first-level support. If you have good communication skills and worked with Microsoft AD, Windows 10, and MS Office 365 only a plus. As a person, you like to provide direct support to business colleagues across the world. You work in a structured, systematic way and you are confident and focused on the customer journey. Your way of communicating is binding both with colleagues and suppliers. You are fluent in English in words and writing.
