Nos complace anunciar el nombramiento de Ditmar Koster como nuestro nuevo consejero delegado, con efecto a partir del 17 de febrero de 2025. Este nombramiento supone un hito importante para Walraven. Nos adentramos en una fase crucial que llevará a la empresa a una nueva era de crecimiento sostenible.

Ditmar aporta una amplia experiencia (internacional) en liderar cambios y formar equipos orientados a los resultados, tanto en empresas familiares como en sociedades cotizadas. Conocido por su estilo de liderazgo sensato y centrado en las personas, Ditmar está llamado a guiar a Walraven a lo largo de este apasionante periodo de desarrollo.

Ditmar Koster, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ditmar brings extensive (international) experience leading change and building result-driven teams in family and listed companies. Known for his no-nonsense and people-oriented leadership style, Ditmar is set to guide Walraven through this exciting period of development.

We are thrilled to welcome Ditmar Koster to the Walraven family. His expertise and forward-thinking will support our ambition to become the preferred partner for integrated solutions in the global installation industry.

Pelle van Walraven, Executive Team Member & 4th Generation Leader Ditmar will take over the CEO position from Co-CEOs Pelle van Walraven and Frank Nijdam. Pelle van Walraven, Co-CEO, part of the executive team and 4th generation leader of this family-owned business, expressed his enthusiasm. In his new role, Pelle will focus on delivering sustainable strategic innovations and valuable and smart solutions to our current and future customers.

We trust that Ditmar’s experience can help strengthen our business and deliver on our strategic objectives.

Frank Nijdam, Executive Team Member and former Co-CEO Frank Nijdam, Executive Team Member and former Co-CEO, added. Frank will take on the role of CCO to drive sustainable topline growth.

With his proven track record, we are confident that Ditmar is the right leader to guide Walraven through its current transformation and drive sustainable growth in the years to come.
