What are the easy installation features of the Walraven RapidStrut® system?

Walraven RapidStrut® channel system speeds up installation with pre-assembled accessories, including bracketry with pre-assembled fixings that twist into place, a smart slide nut system for quick positioning, and dedicated anchor holes for easier fixing to substrate.

Is Walraven RapidStrut® tested for fire safety?

Our production locations are ISO 9001 certified, and the Walraven RapidStrut® System has been tested for fire safety according to EN 1363-1. Is there a sustainable Walraven RapidStrut® solution?

Sustainability depends on the solution selected. The new Walraven RapidStrut® LE is a low emission strut channel which reduces carbon emissions up to 59% compared to standard strut. Walraven RapidStrut® (BUP 1000) incorporates a sustainable surface protection that enhances durability with superior corrosion protection, helping extend service life.

Walraven RapidStrut® channel system is manufactured in our own European factories, giving us full control over quality, production processes and delivery reliability. Every component is designed and tested to meet the high standards installers and specifiers expect.

Thanks to our gentle roll-forming process, channels have minimal trumpet effect after cutting, making accessories easier to fit and helping ensure secure connections. Traceability coding further supports consistent quality management throughout the product lifecycle, and the channel conforms to BS6946:1988.
