The power of collaboration in complex projects

Trane experiences the added value of collaboration and digital solutions

Moving forward together through open communication and custom solutions

The TLR project was a great example for Trane of how collaboration with engaged partners leads to real added value. From the very start, there was joint thinking about solutions that matched our requirements and went beyond standard installation methods. Thanks to a prefabricated approach, on-site work could be carried out faster and more safely. Safety always remains our top priority.

TLR Ridderkerk projectReliability and Involvement Make the Difference

What stood out to us was that Walraven acted as an engaged partner: transparent communication ensured that we could always respond quickly and clearly knew where we stood. This made the process straightforward and gave confidence, even when quick actions were needed.

Innovation as a Quality Accelerator

The use of digital tools such as 3D scans, AR visualisations and drone footage provided additional insight and helped the project run more efficiently. By employing digital technologies and prefabricated solutions, we were able to work faster, safer and more sustainably. Such innovations are precisely what our sector needs to realise future-proof installations.

For Trane, this project has become a showcase of how circular and digital solutions contribute to a better and more sustainable future. We see plenty of opportunities to apply this approach to new projects as well.
