For our European Coordination Centre we are looking for a colleague in the role of:

Sales Director Central Europe (fulltime)

Commercial Strategy– Customer Relationships – Coaching – P&L

The Sales Director Central Europe will take the lead in the development and implementation of the commercial strategy and sales processes for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will support the area sales teams making the right strategic choices, stimulate them in meeting their targets and thus bring out the best of themselves. Together you will make ambitious sales plans and take care of pricing in compliance with the European Pricing Strategy. You look after properly managing of customer relationships, acting as (strategic) partner reflecting our values. You further develop technical support increasing the impact and providing solutions for customers and end-users. You ensure good mutual working relationships, committed and motivated employees. Reporting into the Managing Director Sales & Marketing Europe you are accountable for all sales and marketing budgets in the area and meeting all legal regulations. You are part of the European Sales & Marketing Management Team and your working location is in the area.

You have a bachelor or master’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration and experience in a similar role within subject countries in Europe in a technical environment. You have the personal characteristics to be an important role model in and outside the organization, maintaining productive and constructive relationships, ensure that expectations are clear and agreements kept. You are familiar with indirect sales models and project business and fluent in English and German, knowledge of French is a plus. You have excellent management and negotiation skills. You can easily connect, make impact and build trust.
