Today, we are expanding our technical sales team and are searching for a Sales Engineer Projects in Lithuania.

The Sales Engineer Projects, ideally based in Vilnius, will work closely with the regional sales manager and the larger technical sales team in Krakow, Poland. Focus is specially placed on the project’s market Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia for mechanical and electrical installations. He or she will be proactively involved in projects from the very early stages, crate solutions and propose them to potential clients. In addition, the sales engineer also thinks along in the areas of logistics, safety, digitisation and sustainability. The advice given is further developed into project proposals and quotations. Once a project is awarded, the sales engineer supervises the entire project up to and including delivery and post-project support. The role includes objectives in terms of project turnover, the size of the project portfolio and the timely completion of projects. In your daily work, you will visit construction projects, meet with specifiers, developers, contractors and installers. You will advise, give product presentations and act as a technical point of contact for all parties involved.

What makes you our ideal candidate?

Extensive knowledge of and a training background in installation/mechanical engineering or construction engineering are required. In addition, a modern vision of our market is important. You don’t do things because they are always done that way. Rather, you do them because it’s the best way to do them, and if this is not the case, you are not afraid to propose a different approach. Furthermore, you are strong in the digital field. You are familiar with BIM and can work with Revit and technical calculation software. Your communication skills are such that you are considered a discussion partner at all levels.
