For the Business Process & Information team within Walraven Europe in one of the following locations (Netherlands Mijdrecht, Germany Bayreuth, Czech Cista) we are looking for a:

Application Manager (full-time)

Business partner – Initiative – Supplier Management

The availability and optimal functioning of our business-critical applications (such as CRM and ERP) software are the most important objectives in this position. As a business partner, you understand the working methods and needs of the users in our production and sales companies, and you stimulate suppliers. You provide good insight into the performance of the software, and you are able to act appropriately in the event of malfunctions. Together with the suppliers, you ensure that maintenance and new releases affect the business as little as possible. That means a project-based approach in which careful testing is carried out and all those involved are fully informed in a timely manner. The range of tasks is broad and includes supplier management, creating insight through reports and dashboards, analysis (malfunctions and functional), installation, configuration, security, coordination and leading or participating in projects. You fulfil a pivotal role between BP&I, key users and suppliers, and you report to the Teamleader Application Management

You have completed a relevant (IT or beta) education at Bachelor or Master level, and you have experience in application management. If you have worked with Dynamics CRM and ERP, that is great. You preferably have knowledge of or are familiar with scrum, dev ops, ASL, T-map, SLM, cloud solutions, Office 365, information security, supplier management, data warehousing and project management. As a person, you are ambitious, analytical, enterprising, and you show guts. You work in a structured, systematic way, and you inspire confidence. Your way of communicating is binding both with colleagues and suppliers. You are fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English.
