For the European Business Process & Information Team, we are looking for a colleague in the new role of:

Capability Lead Walraven Europe (fulltime)

As a Capability Lead, you will act as the primary point of contact between the business community (e.g. manufacturing or finance) and IT. Understanding the business needs is key. You know what is needed today and tomorrow in terms of applications, processes, data, architecture and security. You will drive engagement between business and BP&I, analyse business and IT processes and align towards IT systems, applications and 3^rd parties. You will manage projects, contribute to process control and continuous improvement and stimulate IT innovation. If technology strengthens the business and you are seen as the go-to person, you are successful. The Capability Lead will work closely with Service Desk, Technical and Application Management, Business Managers and suppliers. The Capability Lead directly reports to the Head of BP&I Europe.

• You have a bachelor or master’s degree in the field of IT, Business Administration or related.
• You have relevant working experience at an IT innovation or IT lead position in a manufacturing or finance environment
• You are easily connecting with different stakeholders
• You are knowledgeable of the latest developments in your field
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills
• You are experienced with project management
• You have an excellent command of English
• You have a strong sense of ownership and have the skill to take people along
