Country Manager Sales & Marketing Greece

Greece & Cyprus – Building our footprint – customer-centric – drive for results

Reporting to the Sales Director East Europe, supported by the Polish and European organization, the Manager Sales & Marketing Greece & Cyprus will build up the Greek sales company and develop the Walraven product portfolio in Greece and Cyprus.

The ambition is to build a customer’s structure and direct, promote and coordinate the operations of the Walraven organization in line with the companies vision, mission and goals.

Your main activities are:

To define and roll out the strategic goals for respective countries – in line with the Group strategy
To further develop the business plan & set up and build up the organizational structure based on the plan
To represents the local entity
To set up the sales structure and drive sales
To build and maintain customer relations, setting up strategic partnerships and act as key account manager
The financial management & reporting: is responsible for respective P&L – in line with Group targets & reporting
Risk management

What makes you our ideal candidate?

A bachelor’s or master’s degree (in business administration/technical management or similar) and minimum 5 years of experience in the field, preferably gained in the HVAC market (distributors/installers/contractors/engineers) You have excellent negotiation skills and proven customer care qualities. You know how to manage a P&L with solid financial knowledge. As a people manager, you can easily connect, build trust and teams. You know how to deal with all local statutory legislation and regulations. Last but not least: you are well organized, hands-on and with an entrepreneurial mindset. You have an excellent command of the Greek and English language.
