For the European Business Process & Information Team, we are looking for a colleague in the new role of:

IT Specialist Walraven Europe (fulltime)

Reporting to the Team Lead Technical Management, the IT Specialist, together with the team of technical managers, will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability and security of the digital work environment of all Walraven employees at our European locations. As an IT Specialist, you have a broad position consisting of operational and project-based activities. You can think of monitoring the performance of our systems and our suppliers, diagnosing and resolving incidents proposing long term solutions, effective knowledge sharing with colleagues and users, developing and implementing improvement actions, planning maintenance and maintaining contacts with suppliers. In addition, you contribute to various projects in the field of infrastructure, routing and networks. The role has objectives in terms of service level agreements, user satisfaction, and timely analysed and resolved incidents and changes. The working location is Mijdrecht (NetherlandsL) or Bayreuth (Germany).

• A bachelor or master’s degree in IT and experience in the field is a must-have for this position
