Quality Implementation Architect Europe

 Quality Assurance – Change Management – Continuous Improvement – Lean Manufacturing 

Who plays a key role to raise the manufacturing quality standard and its quality system

Walraven has the ambition to raise the manufacturing quality standard and its quality system to a higher level in the coming years in order to reduce risks and costs of failure and complaints on the one hand, but also to meet the market requirements on the other hand.  

The QA Implementation Architect Europe is responsible in Europe to 

• Translate the EU QA strategy in a Project plan (PID) 
• Prepare and roll out the implementation of the FMEA & Control plans within Manufacturing NL, 
  CZ, TR (from readiness assessments to successful implementation) 
• Set up and manage the EU QA project team  
• Develop and implement standardized tools and methodologies that secure QA (through 
  the way of working & monitoring) 
• Organize change management activities (e.g. stakeholder management, communication plan, training) 

It concerns a role for approximately 2 years, up until the implementation of the QA plans. 
Further development within Quality or the business after completion of the implementation will be part of the journey. 
The role reports to the Manufacturing Director and is part of Walraven Europe 

What makes you our ideal candidate?

A bachelor’s degree (in business administration)  or equivalent work experience in the field with QA techniques, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. You have managed several projects, know our manufacturing processes and understand how to take colleagues along in new ways of working. You can easily connect, build trust and train people. You are strong in monitoring and measuring processes on progress and results. Last but not least, you are used to work in a cultural diverse working environment and can relate with different hierarchical levels in the organization and have an excellent command of the English language.
