Walraven achieves BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 certification

We have held a BS EN ISO 9001: 2008 quality management certificate for many years.  We are delighted to confirm we have now successfully updated our certification to the 2015 regulations.

What is BS EN ISO 9001: 2015?

BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 is a Quality Management System and is the world’s most established quality framework.  This framework will help Walraven UK to effectively manage our business and meet our customers’ requirements.  Walraven UK joins over 951,000 organisations in 175 countries worldwide who adhere to this system.

What does this mean?

The BS EN IOS 9001: 2015 certificate specifies requirements for a quality management system when an orginisation needs to:

• Demonstrate it’s ability to consistently provide products and services whilst meeting customer, statutory and regulatory requirements
• Aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of implemented systems
• Include processes for improvement of said systems
• Assurances of conformity to customer, statutory and regulatory requirements
